Effective Date
This agreement becomes effective immediately upon your submission of the Vendor/Seller application and acceptance of these terms.
Subscriptions and Subscription Fees
As a Vendor/Seller on New Melanin Market, you are required to select one of the subscription plans below:

Faith is the Action Plan

Fee: $0/month (limited 11 subscribers) $11.00 per Item After.

Description: Limited features and up to 1 product listing

Fee: $29/month

Description: Access to basic features and up to 3 product listings.

Love the Action Plan Number Two

Fee: $290/month

Description: Includes advanced features, up to 6 product listings, and analytics.

Patience is the Outcome Action Plan

Fee: $2900/month

Description: 9 product listings, premium tools, and top-tier support.

Everyone Has Vision Package

Fee: $29,000/month

Description: Unlimited listings. Everything in the Pro plan, plus custom branding and featured placement.

Additional Terms

Currency: All fees will be paid in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Payment Schedule: Subscriptions are billed monthly and are due at the start of each billing cycle.

Change of Fees: New Melanin Market reserves the right to change subscription fees. You will be notified 30 days in advance of any fee changes.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding subscription fees, service quality, or other matters should be addressed through our support team. Disputes not resolved directly with the support team may be escalated to legal channels.

Acceptance: By continuing to use New Melanin Market as a Vendor/Seller, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
How to Get Started as a Vendor/Seller

Sign Up: Complete the Vendor/Seller registration form on our website.

Submit Your Products: Once your account is created, you can start adding your products, setting up your store, and customizing your listings.
